As a main barista at LOUIES, I can tell you that a> your Mocha either had NO Monin, and had Ghiradelli's chocolate or b> was made wrong and not at all representative of LOUIES quality. Come try us again, and I will show you myself what a good Mocha *should be*. :)
My all time favorite cup of coffee is from Louie's in the square. I love to sit at the bar and talk with the ladies-- real nice. I have noticed that there are differences in the way the girls make them, slight but still existent. I would have to say the best mocha i've had from there would be from a real young girl with different colored hair. Strongly reccomended. Please try again!!!
