Overall lackluster drink, they did use Ghiradelli dark chocolate, but you couldn't taste it. Used whole milk, ok texture, ok beans. 3.0 beans

They used Hershey's syrup, argh; they did ask about milk type. No w/c, some foam; bean taste was ok; it could have used more milk and better dark chocolate; not as good as Starbucks. 3.1 beans
